Share summertime fun, fitness, friendship and frisbee by joining the longest-running Ultimate Disc League. Located in Central New Jersey since 1977, hundreds of national-caliber players, Frisbee-hucking fanatics and fitness-seeking novices have joined to share fun, friendship and Ultimate Frisbee.

Pick-up for all 2009 registrants every Friday at 6:30 except May 22, June 5, July 3 and July 31
